The gem faire was a lot of fun. They had virtually nothing for Steampunk though. Mostly I bought carved bone items and seed beads and 2 beaded necklaces. Crowds were way down this time. Normally a Sat. crowd would be elbow to elbow. I think the economy is having an impact. Let's face it, if artist's aren't selling as much, they won't need to buy as many supplies. I know most of the items I bought were for my own use when normally I'd be buying them to make items to sell on Etsy.
I'm glad we went today. It's supposed to be storming tomorrow.
