I'm getting everything together for a trip out of town this weekend. I'll be painting faces along with my daughter and 2 other face painters at Pumpkins on the Pier in Pismo Beach CA on Halloween morning. It's a totally fun event and free to kids. What's better than a day at the beach? A Halloween festival at the beach!
Getting there is a bit tricky for me. First I take the train to Santa Barbara and then the bus to Santa Maria. I'm doing that tomorrow. I won't be home until next week and may or may not have computer access while I'm traveling.
So I'd like to wish you all a Happy Samhain or a Happy Halloween in advance. Spend some time thinking of your departed loved ones and don't forget to scare a kid or two.
