Embroidery and Weaving
Today I got a square weaving loom meant for potholders and I'm trying to figure out how to do normal over/under weaving on it. I think it's going to work but I won't know until I pull it off the loom and see if it comes all undone.
Tonight I started a t-shirt design of a little green alien using waste canvas. Waste canvas looks like aida cloth but it's designed so that when you are done stitching you pull out the canvas threads and leave only the embroidery. I thought you were supposed to wet it first but it doesn't say that in the directions so we'll see. But it's midnight and my eyes are too tired for any more cross-stiching.
