Knitting a shrug.
This morning I sat on the edge of my bed and worked on a knitted shrug that has been parked in a bin for months. I figured straight garter stitch on jumbo needles was about all I was up to today with this head cold from hell trying to take over my life. The shrug is mostly bumpy black yarn with some bright colors thrown in to make it interesting.

Pink Camo Mittens Knitted
Things were getting so overwhelming that I made myself sit down and write 3 pages in my journal to clear out my brain. Then I took a walk in the sunshine after hearing sunshine on our retinas produces seratonin, which cheers us up. A little sunshine every day, especially in winter, and no more cabin fever. While on my walk I finished a pair of mittens and listed them on Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=8990779
I'm so happy to have one more project in the 'done' pile.

The 'I Don't Care What You Think of Me' Hat
I have so many projects that literally need less than an hour of work before they are done. Such was the case with this hat. I finished it months ago and all I had left to do was sew in the loose ends. So here we go, I'll be done toot sweet.

The shortest life span for a painting ever.
I was 99% done with this painting when life got hectic. I had to set it aside for a few days. I got up early this morning hoping to finish it before it got damaged, and there was a tear in the canvas.

Hobo Bag
Today I designed a hobo bag from scratch. I want to write a tutorial but first I need to make another one incorporating some of the changes I learned as I went along.

Concentrics
Yesterday I started a series of paintings featuring concentric circles. I thought it would be good training for my eye hand coordination and to my surprise, it became a meditation and I began to enjoy how different colors looked next to each other.
So this morning I couldn't wait to start the next painting.
I still need to touch up the first painting a bit as well. Right now I'm letting them dry a bit.

Book thongs v Crochet
Today I'm working on both freestyle crochet and bookthongs. I got the bookthongs listed in my Etsy shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5071215
The crochet is a long way from being done, but here's a work in progress photo.
